The platform is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.

Section 4 — Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the 17500 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits can be made via approved payment methods, including FPX (online banking) and TNG eWallet. The platform does not accept payments through methods not listed in your account’s deposit options.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the processing time set by the payment channel. If deposits are not credited within a reasonable timeframe, please contact customer support with proof of transaction. 17500 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts or digital wallets registered under the same name as your 17500 account. Withdrawal requests are subject to verification processes which may require additional documents. 17500 reserves the right to hold suspected fraudulent withdrawals until investigations are completed.

In cases of account closure due to violation, any bonus or promotional credit balances will not be refunded.
For genuine deposit balances unrelated to any breach, 17500 will endeavour to process a refund once the investigation is concluded, subject to identity verification and the platform's prevailing policies. The final decision on any refund remains at the sole discretion of 17500 management.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 17500 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this platform, including but not limited to financial losses due to game outcomes, service interruptions, or technical errors. The 17500 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
